have created an automatic email command for fingertips. Since you can't keep your signature and add a parameter in the body I have copied my signature text in the body under my {3} parameter. 1 is email address (or name since outlook will recognize if it is in your contacts list) second parameter is subject. this way I can type an email like this. "em jack, package arrived, Jack my package is arrived today. Thanks a lot." and get this:

It is very fast way to send an email. And i made one in Dutch and one in English, makes it easy to switch.
there are some disadvantages to this method unfortunately.
1) You can't edit your text in fingertips things like enter and letter types.
2) If you end the command with ; it will save it to drafts not send it.
I can't wait till I can put an parameter in the body and keep my nicely edited signature.
I would also greatly appreciate a space for a from parameter, since I have several email accounts.
So Taco if you know any solutions I would greatly appreciate them.
Unfortunately I think this is not going to be fixed anytime soon.
Outlook doesn't Fingertips to add text to an e-mail and use the Outlook Signature at the same time.
Fingertips doesn't allow you to use formatted text right now.
Catch 22 until we raise some serious funding to improve the formatted text issue in Fingertips.
I have created several "em" commands in my Fingertips.
"emm" stands for: send e-mail to Marleen
"eme" is: send e-mail to Eva
etc...
